I liked the style of the website. It has this clean, simple feel that made me want to keep browsing instead of feeling overwhelmed. The designs are really cute too, and I appreciated that there wasn’t too much going on, it just felt nice and easy to use.

"Just really happy with it"
I got this from superladystar.com i just felt really good about it as soon as I tried it on. I wasn’t totally sure about the sizing, but it worked out pretty much just right for me. The fabric is soft and easy to wear, nothing scratchy or annoying. I had it on all day and it still felt comfortable, which I really liked. I don’t know, it just felt like a solid buy overall and I’d definitely get another one

The fabric actually feels really nice, so I’ll give them credit for that. The stitching is okay, but definitely not perfect — feels like they could’ve paid a bit more attention there. Still, for the price, I’d say it’s worth it.

I wasn’t expecting a lot for the price, but I ended up being happy with it. The items looked nice, and compared to a few other sites I checked, the price felt reasonable and fair. Delivery wasn’t the fastest, but it arrived without any problems, so I can’t complain. Overall, it felt like a trustworthy purchase for what I paid, and I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

I ordered from Super Lady Star and, i kind of assumed it might look a little different in person, but it was actually really close to the photos. The color and style matched well, so I was happy when I opened it.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I quickly thought the fabric looked a bit thicker in the pictures than it actually is. Still, it’s cute, fits the vibe I wanted, and I’d probably order again.

Got my order today and at first I was kind of worried the box might be beaten up, but nope, it actually showed up in great shape. The box wasn’t crushed, everything inside was wrapped with bubble wrap, and there were no leaks or damage at all. I went from anxious to relieved fast. It really felt like they took the time to pack it carefully, and I’m genuinely happy with how it arrived.

"0 Stars – Terrible Quality and Even Worse Customer Service"
I wish I could give 0 stars for my experience with Superladystar. I ordered a pair of shoes, and when they arrived, I was shocked by their poor quality. The shoes were made of cheap synthetic materials — definitely not genuine leather as advertised on their website. The sizing was completely off (about 1.5 sizes smaller than a standard EU 38 / US 7), and they had a strong, unpleasant chemical smell that forced me to keep them in the basement until I could return them.
I immediately contacted customer service to request a return and full refund. Instead of providing the return address, they refused to cooperate, offering me useless vouchers or a partial refund of only about 30% of what I paid. I clearly stated that I wanted to return the shoes and get a full refund, but they kept sending manipulative messages, trying to convince me to keep the shoes and even suggesting that I "sell them to someone else." (I would never do that — they are not wearable and I'm not the one trying to scam people.)
After two weeks of back-and-forth and wasted time, they finally gave me the return address. I paid 16 EUR (~18 USD) to ship them back to China — far less than the 45 USD they falsely claimed it would cost. As of now, I still haven't received my refund, so my total loss is over 80 EUR (~93 USD), including return costs.
Unless they issue a full refund, this will remain one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.
As I can see, my returned parcel has already arrived in Hong Kong, but they're ignoring it just to have an excuse not to refund my money. Even worse, they keep lying to me.
Be very careful before ordering from Superladystar. Many of their positive reviews appear fake, and I wish I had done my research and read more genuine reviews before placing my order. From everything I've experienced, this seems to be a scam. You can find the same shoes on Temu and similar online shops for 5–7 times lower price, and at least Temu, Aliexpress and others accepts returns, issues full refunds, and doesn't try to scam customers like this company.
